One to one classes are available either virtually or in person. Sessions can be specifically tailored to your individual needs

 
 

I highly recommend Beth for 1:1 or class sessions. I've been practicing yoga for 20 years now with a range of teachers.

I was really poorly last year with a serious virus taking me off my feet for 4 months with a brain swelling.

My strength and my confidence were all but lost. Beth's very calm approach and considered tailored 1:1 sessions helped me build back to myself and rejoin group classes, which I do love for energy.

I had full faith in her which both supported and challenged me to re-gain health, in body and mind.

I am a sixty year old man with restricted suppleness. During my time working with Beth I’ve undergone knee replacement surgery. As a long course tri athlete and ultra runner, I used to be in and out of injury until I met Beth. She listens, understands and intelligently applies her expertise to create a balance between flexibility and strength in my body. 1:1 sessions have allowed a bespoke adaptation between traditional yoga poses and assisted stretch routines to keep my body healthy and functioning optimally even when training volumes peak.

Beth is professional and yet huge fun and a pleasure to spend time with.
