Hi I’m Beth, a UK yoga teacher based in Toronto.
I teach Vinyasa flow yoga and truly believe that any and every body can do yoga. It is a myth that you have to be flexible or super fit to give yoga a try. It is a practice you can begin at any age and is suitable for every ability, you just need a willing body, an open mind and a pulse!
Yoga offers a complete workout that has the benefits of being challenging on the body yet calming on the mind. Developing a regular practice can increase strength, stamina, flexibility and balance, and more importantly awakening awareness and control of your breath can help the management of everyday stress and anxiety.
I teach community classes and offer private 1-1 yoga sessions currently online via zoom.
